By doing so you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Invictus and its parent company Associated Weavers may use your photo for various online and offline marketing and commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, newsletters, social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), catalogues and brochures.
2. Invictus and Associated Weavers obtain a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, commercial right to use your photos through our services or services of our partners, to edit them and multiply them for commercial purposes, without any obligation to you.
3. Invictus and Associated Weavers get your permission to use your photo in derivative works. You are not entitled to view or approve these works and you waive any rights to royalties related to your photo and the derivative works.
4. Invictus and Associated Weavers are released from any financial obligation to pay for the use of your photo, both by ourselves and by our partners. Any other people who are visible in the photo also release Invictus and Associated Weavers from any financial obligation.
5. You are a person of at least 18 years of age, or you have parental consent to share this photo with Invictus and Associated Weavers.
6. You confirm to Invictus and Associated Weavers that you are the creator of the photo and that you have permission from any persons who are visible on the photo. If these persons are minors, you have received parental consent.
7. You declare that the use of this photo by Invictus and Associated Weavers does not harm a third party and does not violate any law.
8. Do you want to withdraw the permission for the use of your photo by Invictus and Associated Weavers? Send an email to [email protected]. After this, Invictus will confirm in writing that this photo will no longer be used in the future.
